Terms of Service
Last updated: June 23, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Maksym Vostruhin, an individual entrepreneur (FOP) registered in Ukraine, who operates the Token Watch service (“Token Watch,” “we,” “us”). They govern your access to and use of the Token Watch website at aztokenwatch.com and the Token Watch application at app.aztokenwatch.com (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Token Watch helps engineering teams monitor the expiration of Azure App Registration credentials. The Service reads metadata about App Registrations in your Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) tenant using read-only Microsoft Graph access and notifies you before credentials expire. We do not request or use write permissions on your tenant, and we never receive client secret values. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is intended for use by businesses and the professionals who work for them. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Authentication is handled through Microsoft Entra ID; you must comply with Microsoft’s applicable terms when you sign in.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- access, monitor, or attempt to access data or tenants that you are not authorized to manage;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its related systems;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except as expressly permitted in writing by us;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law; or
- resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent.
4. Plans, free tier, and billing
Token Watch offers a free tier as well as paid subscription plans with additional capabilities. The features and limits of each plan are described on the Service. We may change the features, limits, or pricing of any plan; where changes affect a paid plan you already hold, they take effect at your next renewal.
Our order process and payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com), which acts as the reseller of the Service. When you purchase a paid plan, your purchase contract for that order is with Paddle, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply in addition to these Terms. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and the collection and remittance of any applicable sales tax or VAT.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge the applicable fees, plus any taxes, to your chosen payment method on each renewal until you cancel. You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and current.
5. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing, and your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, any refunds that are due are processed by Paddle. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
6. Cancellation and termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from within the Service. You can also disconnect Token Watch from your tenant by revoking the application’s consent in the Azure Portal, which immediately stops further data collection. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required to protect the Service or other users, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Token Watch and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights to your data; you grant us the limited rights necessary to operate and provide the Service to you.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Microsoft (identity and Azure infrastructure), our email provider, and Paddle (our Merchant of Record for payments). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every notification will be delivered. Token Watch is a monitoring aid and does not replace your own responsibility for managing your credentials.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Token Watch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Token Watch from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts located in Ukraine will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
14. Operator and contact
The Service is operated by Maksym Vostruhin, an individual entrepreneur (FOP) registered in Ukraine. Full registration details, including the entrepreneur’s tax registration number, are available on request and are provided on invoices.
